All committee members are to be church members or adherents. Each committee should have three elected members (elected by the congregation), but are encouraged to add to their membership as they deem appropriate, and may also form sub-committees.

Each committee will appoint a chair from their membership and a representative for their committee to Church Council. The rep to Church Council should be one of the three elected members but any member of that committee may represent it and vote at Council when that representation is in lieu of the elected representative.

Each committee has its own area of responsibility, but as part of the larger body, will work, from time to time, with other committees. Fund raising (or action), whether Property Committee rentals or Congregational Life/CDY roast beef dinner interact with Finance Committee, etc. etc.
